Results
Our achievements include the establishment of a user-friendly homepage aimed at encouraging effective exploration and utilization of our apps and features. We have successfully designed an engaging interface to enhance user engagement and foster lasting loyalty. Additionally, we've created a resourceful hub, streamlining user onboarding by providing quick access to the most relevant and commonly used tasks based on individual roles and adoption levels.

Overview
This project is crucial for boosting product sales growth as we adapt to the current economic conditions in 2023. Our revised strategy prioritizes our existing customer base, aiming to improve their product experience and highlight valuable features. By doing this, we intend to strengthen and expand our business. Our team is actively identifying potential opportunities, starting with analyzing the landing page users see after logging in.
Design Process
As part of the kick-off, we analyze the problem statement, establish goals, pinpoint risks, and evaluate the current features within the Amin panel. Our initial emphasis is on the organization administrator, a user with substantial influence in the organization.

Once the group is well-acquainted with the project, we engage in discussions to determine what information would be most valuable for these users on our new homepage. Following this, we conduct a reverse-ideation exercise to discover potential functionality for a new feature that allows users to pin assets to the homepage.
TEAM MEETING
We took the ideas generated during the initial meeting and continued the discussion within our team. Collaborating with our developers, we assessed feasibility and desirability, resulting in a defined list of user stories to be pursued in the design phase.
We've named the project "A Home For All." While initially focusing on the organization administrator, our primary goal is to create a personalized homepage for each logged-in user, achieved through a modular design approach.
We establish the prioritization of each module, strategically planning development and releases accordingly. This method ensures the creation of a dependable minimum viable product for our initial deliverable. For every module, we construct a user-story map outlining the functionalities and overall scope of each segment. Armed with this information, I initiate the wireframing and prototyping phase, initiating a validation process with actual customers.
